I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was very good, and the location was marvelous - near to restaurants and the Royal Palace.

Brand-new hotel in a great area of Phnom Penh. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and WiFi and a lounge area in the room. Free parking on-site provided. Great pool to relax in too.
